How to grow

Parsley can be grown in pots or in your herb garden. Using seedling modules or small pots, sow a pinch of seed in each module or pot. Once the seedlings are established, thin to leave only the strongest one in each module or pot. Germination of Parsley seeds can sometimes be slow, taking anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. Heat speeds up this process. Transfer to your herb garden or to a large pot when the seedlings are well established, and temperatures are favourable. Alternatively, sow directly outdoors in shallow drills from late April onwards.
