Unwashed, 50mm and larger.

“A truly stunning potato with smooth, long or oval red skinned tubers with matching deep red flesh with a paler ring just below the skin. The texture of Red Emmalie is relatively floury and the flavour is said to be excellent. Cooking suggestions include baking, boiling, roasting or steaming.”

Purple fleshed and purple skinned variety. Firm cooking oval ware potato. The taste and presentation characteristics are very good.”
