How to cook British Queen potatoes

Steam rather than boil for the most reliable result. The high-dry-matter flesh becomes beautifully fluffy but can disintegrate in vigorously boiling water.

Potato availability naturally changes through the harvest and storage season, and some varieties sell out more quickly than others. Every order is checked before packing. When your potatoes arrive, remove them from the delivery packaging and store them somewhere cool, dark, dry and well ventilated.
