NEW LEAF Organic Peat-Free Soil Conditioner – 40L
£8.50
A 40L organic peat-free soil conditioner for improving soil structure, adding drainage to heavier soils and improving moisture retention in lighter soils.
Description
NEW LEAF Organic Peat-Free Soil Conditioner – 40L is a natural peat-free soil improver designed to improve the structure and health of existing garden soil.
What does a soil conditioner do?
- Heavy or clay soils: helps improve structure and drainage.
- Light or sandy soils: helps improve moisture retention.
- Beds and borders: adds organic material before planting.
- Vegetable plots and allotments: useful as part of regular soil improvement.
- Peat-free gardening: made from sustainable natural materials and free from added fertilisers.
How to use
Spread over the area to be improved and work into the existing soil before planting, or use as part of an ongoing soil-improvement programme. This is a soil conditioner rather than a concentrated fertiliser, so feeding requirements should be considered separately for the crops or plants you are growing.
Bag size: 40 litres.
