Organic Carolus Seed Potatoes – fully organic certified seed. Great garden variety!
Attractive parti-coloured BLIGHT RESISTANT variety. Light yellow flesh colour. Tubers are uniformly oval in shape. Slightly floury texture once cooked. Excellent flavour. Grows well on most soil types, does prefer irrigation.
ROASTING, MASHING, STEAMING, BOILING
- Early planting in Feb-March for an August harvest
- Plant normally April for a September-October harvest
