Phureja potatoes may not grow a massive crop, but they have a flavour that is second to none. They also only take about 70% of the time to cook compared to normal varieties!
Phureja’s potatoes benefit from a longer growing period than other varieties, ideally planted in warm soil at the end of March and harvested in September.
